Everything practical in one place, so all you need to remember is your running shoes and a good mood.
Distances
Choose 5 km or 10 km. You can run, walk or bike.
Transport
Parking is limited. Please arrive by bike, on foot or take bus 142, which stops at the end of the road.
Toilets and changing
There are generally no facilities. In an emergency, the toilet in the house may be used.
Race bibs
Your race bib is handed out on the day and must be visible on your front. Please arrive early.
Prizes
Medals for the fastest man, fastest woman and fastest child.
